Website content is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis and does not create a service appointment or require either party to proceed with work.

Plumbing Service Requests

Submitting a form, calling, or sending a message is a request to discuss service. An appointment is confirmed only when scheduling details are accepted. Service availability depends on the address, problem, scope, access, current schedule, and other job-specific conditions.

Emergency plumbing help is available 24/7, and same-day service is available when scheduling, the problem, and the scope allow it. Those statements describe availability, not a fixed arrival or completion time.

Estimates and Authorization

Website descriptions do not set the price for a particular job. A repair or installation can involve conditions that are not visible until the system is inspected. The proposed scope and price are discussed for the specific job, and the customer decides whether to authorize the work.

If conditions discovered during the job materially change the recommended scope, the additional work should be discussed before it proceeds, except where an immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect safety or prevent further damage.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and symptom information. The person authorizing work should have permission to do so for the property. Customers should identify known hazards, restricted areas, tenants, animals, alarm systems, parking limitations, shutoff restrictions, or other conditions that could affect access or safety.

Do not use website instructions to attempt work that involves gas, electricity, sewage exposure, pressurized piping, structural openings, or another hazard. During a suspected gas leak, leave the property and call the gas utility or 911 from a safe location.
